There are different categories, and you set if you want to receive cards for those categories. Notebook literally lets you define who you are. In total, just hitting next, or “I Agree” gets you through quickly – but be cautious, the app does have (and need) a lot of permissions. It introduced itself, as Cortana, and proceeded to ask for permissions, terms of service, and other things. Setup was easy, since it just made you answer some questions.
